Sometimes we just want to talk. And really be listened to.

Maybe you are feeling stuck or unfulfilled – in a relationship, maybe at work. Maybe you are dating or going out to make friends and experiencing social anxiety. Perhaps you are frustrated with family, estranged from someone you used to be close to. Maybe, overall, you don’t feel like your best self.

Maybe you have lost touch with yourself and need to like yourself again. And become really confident, which is when we are most attractive. When we are genuine, when we are our best selves. I know how to help you look deep and find that person. I know how to help you explore the obstacles that are keeping you from being that person.

Then we’ll get that person ready to chase your hopes and dreams.


After I completed my graduate degrees, I did post-grad training for 4 years at a psychoanalytic institute. This is where you learn to do nothing but verbal psychotherapy.
